In Hexham you will have the chance to encounter, mingle, feed and walk alpacas as they graze around their paddocks in the scattered alpaca farms around the Hexham area. All visits can be made bespoke based on the size and individual needs of the groups to provide a numinous experience for you and your kids to experience.

Your encounter will start a short yet interesting briefing regarding these amicable and inquisitve animals, on their origins, nature and how to handle them. Just seeing them provokes positive emotions and can create great interest for your kids to interact with them. They can feed them from their hands and even walk them around the paddocks. They might even have the chance to meet the newly arrived cria (babies).

Dazzle your kids with this engaging and fun Hexham treasure hunt trail. Give your kids the chance to put on their captain's hat and set them on a trail to find treasure across the town. Get your own treasure map in either a downalodable format or from the start location. Afterall, what is a pirate without their treasure map? The tour will be entirely self-guided and you would rely on your intution and useful hints to find clues hiddent in statues and sign posts to find the secret treasure.

The whole trail can take up to two hours to complete and will take you around all over Hexham, build around the landmarks of the bustling town to experience it to the fullest and then be rewarded in lieu of treats.
